These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of SVGtoIMG (“the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The service

SVGtoIMG is a free tool that converts SVG files into raster image formats entirely within your browser. The Service is provided as-is and may change or be discontinued at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to process content you do not have the rights to use
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Your content

You retain all rights to the files you convert. Because conversion happens locally in your browser, we do not receive, store, or claim any ownership over your files or the images you produce. You are solely responsible for your content and for keeping your own backups.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that converted output will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVGtoIMG and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Third-party services and ads

The Service may include advertising and links to third-party websites and tools. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third parties. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
